1.Initial Production Monitoring:
Before manufacturing begins,we review whole process from raw materials to finished product.This ensures function and appearance of components are uniform batch quality and a quality product.
2.During Production Inspection:
Products are inspected when atleast 5-10% of the order has been completed to ensure that contractual obligations regarding specifications, packaging and marking are met.The onus of implementing the sugestions made and taking corrective measures as suggested by Teks Tech in its inline/DPI is solly on the manufacturer.
3.Final Random Pre Shipment Inspection
This is carried out when 80% of the goods are packaged and ready for shipment. Teks Tech will certify the shipment confirms to the description as it appears to the contract or letter of credit. The consignment shall be verified for other quality parameters against the contractual requirement. Teks Tech works according to convention statistical sampling procedure such as MIL STD 105E ,ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, ISO 2859-1 and issue detailed inspection reports with digitals within 24 hours of completion of inspection based on defined AQL.
4.Final Random Inspection-Fabric
The detailed inspection of the selected rolls are carried out on 4-point system of grading.And defects in both warp/weft ,course/wale dirctions are assigned demerit points employing standard criteria.Buyers are required to specify the acceptable point count level. However, in the absence of specification from the applicant, factual report is issued based on actual findings.
5.Container Loading Supervision
This is carried out in the manufacturer's warehouses or at forwarder's premises.We check the quality and quantity of goods loaded to ensure right products will be delivered.
6.Factory Evaluation/Compliance Services
Before placing an order, many buyers request to assess the vendor’s production capability, machinery, management, quality control procedures, social accountability, operations and process. Factory evaluation /compliance ensures that an appropriate factory is used and the buyer’s quality specifications are fully understood.
